Sorry I haven’t been active. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain and work. (I’m doing slightly better).
Also over the weekend I went to go get a puppy to eventually train to be my Service Dog.
Ill have to focus on her as she is only 6 weeks old and still had high demands.
As far as my eating.... well it could be better. I basically been eating junk. And not always counting calories! It’s about 10pm now on Tuesday and I’m going to try to only have low cal drinks until dinner on Wednesday (tomorrow). It’s nothing much but I have to start small and work my way back to good fasting. On there other hand my weight has been relatively stable.
Ill try to check in when I can.
I ended my last good fast on Friday night ... FIVE DAYS AGO! Since then I’ve been binging on junk food. For 5 days I’ve had over 3000 calories and I only purged once today. I don’t want to step on the scale. WTF I’m suppose to be not eating and losing weight instead of being a potato. I’m a f*cking bulimic who purges too little and to fat to be anorexic. I’m going to start off small just by doing a liquid fast the next 24hours. Wish me luck.

Do here the thing on Thursday I stoped eating at 9:00pm. Then the next morning came, I have a animal to take care of and they needed their cages cleaned. So I spent my whole morning before work cleaning cages and with my dog. After that I had work for 5 hours. By the time I got off work it was 5:00pm on Friday. So after work I spent my free 30 mins at the store before I had to go home and head to a group at 7:00pm. At this group we normally eat at 9:00pm, so by this point it was 24hours of fasting. But then my stubborn self want to keep going even though I was a bit hungry. I took my mean home and ate and purged 2 hours later, at 11pm. Therefore I did a 26 hour fast most of it because I was just too busy!

I failed my 24hour fast, I ended up doing 12hours instead. I’m going to a state fair today so I’m going to end up doing a lot of walking and eating. Hopefully it will all balance out.
Limit: 1800 calories
Im going to do a 24 hour fast starting around midnight.
For 24 hours I’m going to have nothing but zero calorie drinks. I’ll keep myself busy by updating the members page and the rest of the website.
